To date: Personally tried 50+ jury trials, including Murder, RICO, public corruption and major felonies. Also experienced in white collar, grand juries, wire-tap and forfeitures. Experienced in accepting mass appointments when conflicts exist, or complicated, high-profile prosecutions.
Senior Prosecuting Attorney Appointed as senior/special prosecuting attorney in 692 cases, by 59 different Courts across Indiana (2015-present).
Inspector General Appointed by Governors Daniels and Pence (2005, 2009, 2013). Created and led law enforcement agency investigating Executive Branch of state government, resulting in 100+ arrests.
